Adult Knitting Class SPRING - 230614

This class is for the more advanced knitter. We will go over more advanced stitches and techniques.

For this class, you will need to bring a Tote Bag and a writing utensil. All other materials provided.

This multi-level class is appropriate for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners. Students will work at their own individual level. Stretch, breathe, energize, refresh and relax. Participants are required to bring their own sticky yoga mat.

Participants must bring their own equipment, towels, water bottles, etc. and should not share with others.

This class focuses on defining your "core strength" through the use of Pilates techniques. This is an excellent way to tighten and tone all the muscles in the body, especially the abs! Stretches will help lengthen and strengthen muscles too.

Zumba With Toning SPRING - 231008

Party yourself into shape! Zumba features exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. You will be getting fit and your energy will be soaring! There's no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness Party. It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating. The class features approximately 40 minutes of cardiovascular exercise followed by approximately 15 minutes of body toning. The class is great for all levels.

Participants must bring their own equipment, towels, water bottles, etc. and should not share with others.

Adult Running Club SPRING - 231012

Look to get into running but are not sure how and don’t want to do it alone?! Why not join our Adult Running Club! A typical class will have a warmup, a workout, and a cool down. There will be both short and longer distance running involved each class.

Participants should bring their own towels, water bottles, etc. and should not share with others. Make sure to wear clothes and sneakers that are comfortable and suitable for running.

There will be one make up class if we need to cancel for weather. There will be NO make ups for classes missed due to personal schedule conflicts.

Cardio Adult Tennis SPRING - 231405

Adult Tennis is designed for players of all abilities. Players will work on refining their technique or learning the basics behind the sport. Classes will be filled with coaching points as well as laughter and smiles. Each class will be structured to emphasize a new weekly stroke. Learn the game for our certified tennis coaches with technique, point play and scoring; this clinic is a great start to get involved in a lifelong sport.

All equipment, including tennis racquets will be supplied, but participants may bring their own racquet if they choose.

Semper Fit Fat Burning SUMMER - 331010

Coach Vince, a former active duty Marine turned certified fitness trainer, created the Semper Fit Fat Burner as a military-style circuit workout featuring high-intensity conditioning and power moves. Using his experiences in the Marine Corps and combining it with the knowledge he gained through his group training and nutrition certifications to give an upbeat class that burns fat, tones, strengthens, and motivates.

Youth and adult classes will run simultaneous so you can both enjoy getting fit together.
