Weight Training & Conditioning SPRING - 221002

This three-month program will lift you to your maximum potential in any sport that you are currently playing or wish to play in the future. All athletes will take full advantage of the EBHS weight room as well as participate in speed and agility training. Athletes will also have the opportunity to participate in friendly competitions at the end of each week. This camp will run two days a week in the spring season from 7:00pm-8:30pm at EBHS. The EB Weight Training & Conditioning Camp is directed for 7th and 8th graders only.

The Department of Recreation and Parks is following the guidance of the CDC, NJDOH and Governor’s Executive Orders in providing these activities to our participants. Please be aware that these guidelines are subject to change at any time.
