High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using free weights. 45 seconds of work, followed by 15 seconds of rest... and repeat! Great class to burn fat and gain strength.
Participants must bring their own equipment, towels, water bottles, etc. and should not share with others.
Class is offered in-person and via Zoom platform.
