Mat Pilates SPRING - 231007

This class focuses on defining your "core strength" through the use of Pilates techniques. This is an excellent way to tighten and tone all the muscles in the body, especially the abs! Stretches will help lengthen and strengthen muscles too.

Class is offered in-person and via Zoom platform.
