A fast-action field sport combining aspects of soccer, football, and basketball with a flying disc. We work on throwing and catching skills, field awareness, physical training, plays, and strategy. As a self-officiated sport, the focus is on the Spirit of the Game and knowledge of the rules. Coaches are certified coaches by USA Ultimate.

Participants must bring their own equipment, towels, water bottles, etc. and should not share with others.
